"Really terrible experience with this company. I bought insurance here when an old colleague started working there. I paid my premiums, but when I actually needed help they just directed me to the 1-800 number. Made me submit 2 claims for the same issue just to get an adjuster out. They paid out $0, then told me they won't be renewing my home policy due to loss history. The whole thing was just wild. Stay away from this business."
