"I have been with Chris’s State Farm agency for years and I have to admit that my policy at times is probably complicated because of the about of cars and houses I have covered. That being said my agent Sabrina Webb takes perfect care of my family and I. She always goes above and beyond. I have yet to have an issue concerning my policy that she hasn’t taken care of. I would go as far to say that Chris could use five more agents built just like her. His entire staff is friendly and eager to help."

"I recently was planning on making some changes to my homeowners policy. And although Sabrina isn’t my agent, she was able to answer all of my questions that I had and explained things in detail so I understood what changes I could make what I couldn’t make and what would affect my monthly premiums. Sabrina was very knowledgeable in State Farm’s policies, homeowners insurance, and gave me insight into things. I didn’t know that I needed to have added for my In-home utility connections. "I have never had to sign an uninsured motorist form this many times, and State Farm makes the process unnecessarily difficult every step of the way. On top of that, they have a terrible reputation when it comes to roof damage — and it’s true. Every contractor I’ve spoken with over the last 13 years says the same thing: State Farm does not pay on roof claims. If you want an insurer that makes things harder for you and avoids paying out when it matters, this is the one"

I understand your frustration with the uninsured motorist paperwork — it can feel repetitive, but it’s a compliance requirement we have to stay on top of. "Mike is the absolute best! He has been super responsive, helpful, and informative! He has answered all my question in minutes and made getting insurance a super easy process! "Really terrible experience with this company. I bought insurance here when an old colleague started working there. I paid my premiums, but when I actually needed help they just directed me to the 1-800 number. Made me submit 2 claims for the same issue just to get an adjuster out. They paid out $0, then told me they won't be renewing my home policy due to loss history. The whole thing was just wild. Stay away from this business."
